Building WebPresence Through Social Software Portals!
Hello and Welcome to EVO WebPresence Part 2, the Moodle!
This session officially starts on Jan.16, 2006, and runs for six weeks. My part in this session is to share and discuss some of the new ways/social software EFL/ESL university instructors and students can use to build and maintain their webpresence, using social learning technologies, such as blogs, flickr groups, podcasting channels, skype, webcasting
via WorldBridges, and RSS.
RSS feeds is one of the main topics, which will be discussed in terms of its uses and benifits in the EFL/ESL classroom. This topic might be presented in audio-format at one of the recently developed social software, such as PodOmatic.com or ODEO.com. This is my plan so far…

Hi Vance, Thanks for visiting here. Actually Uniblogs is a new version that people are still working on some of its parts.It’s much better now than was 2 weeks ago and I’m sure it’s going to be much much better soon. I’m still exploring its features and trying to see how we can use it as a Class Blog. I will invite praticipants later, in week 4 or 5, probably to post their comments and try other things. Thanks, again for visiting and for the tips on the elements in your tutorial pages.

Hi there, I’ve been following this project in a rather haphazard way, because I’m busy writing my MEd dissertation, but I’m interested to read the postings and comments.
